About Us and Our Events

Mystic Realm Creations is a platform designed to bring fantasy worlds and characters to life through themed film scenes and photography experiences. For Actors, creatives and cosplayers looking to expand their portfolios and expanse their social media presence.

Every month, Mystic Realm Creations hosts two challenge events, alternating between 48-hour and 72-hour formats.

Events will have their own unique fantasy theme, name and location based on the theme.

2 - 5 Participants will collaborate with a dedicated crew to capture:

2-5 minute Professional showreel-worthy scenes

10 Character photography and photo-cards

Magical Storytelling Composites.

How it Works

3 steps in the event process

01 2-4 weeks

Before the Event

- Themes and locations are announced.- Participants sign up and choose their characters.- Collaborate with our makeup artist for your look.- Collaberate with our Director and props on costume and character.

02 2 Days

During the Event

Day 1 (9am - 4pm) Roughly(9-10:30am) Idea, plan and script development.(10:30 - 1pm) Set Up and Costume and Make Up(12:30 - 4pm) Film scene and a little photography

Day 2 (10am-2pm) RoughlyRest of filming / BTS video and Photos and composite image(3-8pm) For Director and Editor Edit both film and photography.

02 3 Days

During the Event

Day 1 (2-3 hours) (Online or in person)Idea, plan and script development.

Day 2 (10am-3/4pm) (5-6 hour roughly)Filming the scene and photography

Day 3 (various times)BTS interviews and editing of both film and photos.

03 24 hour - 1 week

After the Event

- Scene / Film is sent within 24hours, along with 5 edited images. - The remaining 5 images and the storytelling composite are delivered after 5 days. Plus bonus: 10 photocards of your photos. - Professional BTS content is shared on social media by 1 week after the event.
